The Challenge
The Church was originally using 42 1/2 ton heat pump split systems, all of which were in need of upgrading. Neutral wires were not installed properly and duct work needed upgrading
The Solution
The Church turned to Demandside Energy Solution when they realized their old system needed upgrading. Demandside Energy Solutions install the Arctic Gator™ system in the church. After installation of the Arctic Gator, they partnered with FPL (Florida Power and Light) and had the improperly installed neutral wires fixed and then proceeded to upgrade any duct work in need.
The Results
The Arctic Gator™ installation in the Church resulted in a drop from 42 1/2 ton to 22 1/2 tons. all electrical issues were diagnosed and repaired and all aged duct work was replaced.
